The extraordinary pace and complexity of challenging events facing Metropolitan in 2007/08 tested the ability of the district to respond to change and challenges on a wide variety of fronts. Throughout the year, the district developed key plans, processes and projects to confront what was shaping up to be the most dynamic and challenging period in water management for Southern California and all the state.  Below you will find Metropolitan's activities for the water community, other stakeholders including local, state and federal elected officials, and the community at large. The Annual Report provides consistent, detailed data about Metropolitan and summarizes the priorities and key policy issues that faced the district in 2007/08.
