Professional and community activities:

Grunfeld is an attorney with his own law firm, the Law Offices of Aaron A. Grunfeld & Associates, where he has focused his law practice on securities and corporate matters, including domestic and international transactions. As counsel to companies, investment bankers and investors since 1971, Grunfeld has been involved in more than 50 registered public offerings of securities, as well as numerous private placements and merger and reorganization transactions.

He has counseled clients on general corporate matters and on issues relating to enforcement and other regulatory concerns involving the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., the California Department of Corporations and other regulatory agencies. Grunfeld graduated from UCLA in 1968 and received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 1971. He is a member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
