Not only does Metropolitan have a world of diversity in our jobs, we can offer you a diversity of work locations because our service area covers 5,200 square miles in six Southern California counties.

A. We offer numerous career development and on-the-job training programs aimed at developing our employees. Our tuition reimbursement program covers 85 percent of the cost of tuition and other educational expenses up to $9,000 per calendar year.
