Regional, state and national organizations, with a Sec. 501 (c) (3) or similar tax status, and public agencies and educational institutions, may submit proposals for sponsorships.

Multiple-Year Sponsorships - Sponsorship applicants must re-apply every year. Under the Community Partnering Program, Metropolitan does not guarantee consecutive-year sponsorships. A program or project will be funded for only two consecutive years, followed by a one-year hiatus. After a one-year hiatus, an applicant may apply for funding of an entirely new or different program.
